Title: Best / worst days of the week and times to work out?
Post by: Howard on January 08, 2015, 06:52:18 AM
The absolute worst time to workout in most gyms is Monday from 5:00-6:30 pm.
Every numbnut and his brother are in there then and it gets too crowded.

So, I take MON off from the gym now. I only do cardio at my house now on Mon.

The best times are :
Friday evening 6-9 pm
sat/sun late afternoons

All mornings are pretty good too.

Monday through Thursdays from 4-8 is madness at the gym....every rat in town is there.

All day Friday is often pretty good too.

Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7-8 are always light as well.

I used to make Monday an off day also....that's National Chest Day.

Friday and Saturday night at 2AM is best time at a 24 hour gym I used to go to that was next to a strip joint.  The whores would go to the gym after work before heading home.  You wouldn't believe the poon at this gym.  It was awesome

Ultimately the best time is early in the morning when electricity can flow freely.  As the masses arise, get in their cars and the sun rises the free flow of electricity starts to bog down.  Your cells aren't able to generate as much power as it could in the wee hours of the morning.

I assume you don't work out there any longer since you posted "USED to "in the OP.

Oh yes, the Gold's Gym on Sport's Arena Blvd. A magical place. I live in Pacific Beach, just 15 minutes away. Have used this as my 2nd gym for many years.

Got sick and tired of fucktards wasting space in the gym.  Waiting for a whore to do her 100 reps of pulldowns with just the bar.  Or the guy reading a book on the bench.  I eventually started to collect equipment from Craigslist and built a real nice gym at home.  The only drawback about working out at home is the inability to really push yourself.  Last thing I need to do is force one more rep on bench and get stuck under the bar with no one to help.
