I thought you were gonna say flat peak (preferably TapOut or UFC), t-shirt with large design print and gold chain on the outside, neck and/or forearm tattoo.  That should do it.  Or you can go the cheaper route: buy a black polo shirt and get "Staff" stencilled on the back in big yellow letters.
