Initially I thought "oh no not another roided lumberjack".. Turns out the guy was DE in the NFL and turned to bodybuilding while building a fitness business.

He's probably going to need to un-learn all that valuable functional, power training and get on a nice simplistic bodybuilding program.

I mean, if he even Thinks to train chest AND tris on the same split he is sadly mistaken!
