I have been thinking of this before!
Musclequality, some people just get those swol big legs/arms not being really fat, not being really hard...just swol, I doesn't mean testo swole, more like fat swol, but not being fat like a fatso.
Is this the difference in musclequality when u have been training for years and get that grainy hard dense strong look in your muscles?
