He was a fighter and he didn't know how to get into shape? He looks in terrible conditioning in the before picture.

Faced aged about 10 years leaning out.

Good work though; what was your training regime like?  Did you introduce him to weight training;  he developed a lot of muscle and size in four months.

What was his starting and ending weight, I know you wrote under 70k but was that his end?

This maybe your best work.

Great work Sev

His face also went from looking kinda Roma-Gypsy to more Germanic looking, which should help him with jobs and overall social achievements  ;D

Lol. Yes this is the greatest breakthrough.

Imagine if he could patent this method. Turn undesirable "lessers" into more socially affluent "betters", simply with diet and boatloads of bathtub стероидс (steroids). I feel that Sev may also be using shapeshifting technology to transform a lot of these athletes. He does know a thing or two about reptilians

If Sev could find a formula to turn brown fatties into lean Aryans, he would be a millionaire in no time. May be a combination of his body transformation secrets combined with skin whitening and hair dye, he can promise greater physical achievements as well as a promotion in social hierarchy.

Client before and after a Sev transformation. Notice in the before picture he was sporting traditional Crip gang colors and being interviewed about various crimes. In the after picture he was spotted with nice white skin and straight hair, you should also note the expensive suit and the hair of a likely gorgeous women over his shoulder. Since his Sev transformation he has been described as a pillar of the community.

whats was his diet sev

how much fat did he drop
he built some muscle and dropped some fat all in all was an easy process. It was difficult to get him to eat as much as I wanted him to (4 meals plus 2 shakes when he had boxing days).

Very fast metabolism in addition to the insane amount of cardio it was necessary..

He trained my full body circuit style 3 times a week for 30-40mins and did his boxing 3 times a week

Chicken, turkey, beef and eggs..oats tice and yams and greens like all my diets

Had plenty of carbs

you would be surprised how many professional athletes are clueless about nutrition and weight training

I lifted weights and took care of my diet when I played tennis

I also worked with soccer players, tennis players and fighters.. Maybe coach can chimme in as he has extensive experience with many types of athletes

Well using Ragu as our litmus... This guy will get KTFO in the first five seconds of his next fight with asev helping him out. If you wanted him to win... You should have helped his opponent. 8)

Your penis is so small it renders your opinion invalid.

Good work Skorp... You managed to wait 4 or 5 posts for a lame ass penis joke. That's improved. I see stalkers anonymous is working.

Next we need to work on your content because my post was hilarious because of how valid it is. You need to pick your spots better.

can see a slight outline of abs before, he was not that out of shape, the "after" is something that has been done  a million times before. No back at all.

Yawn.... Something impressive here? No...

But glad he made improvements despite the "hater" post just can't be impressed by this, sorry.
