I remember seeing him at the Olympia Expos back in 1999 - early 2000s. He was so fucking huge and ripped in the offseason. Ugly physique though.

Barely functioning liver and kidneys. Natural T is also gone forever. Thyroid is probably gone too.

But his face in that picture tells me he regrets his bb industry lifestyle and wishes he had stayed clean and had chosen learnin to play piano or guitarr.
poor guy, aging must be a bitch for people who their entire lives wanted to be young and immortal.
How does one even think like that? Staying young and in the best shape of your life for all eternity ::)

Or stayed in med school. Why would he drop out a year before graduation to become a bodybuilder!? Should have finished and then if he wanted to, become a bodybuilder and have the backing of MD after his name when he gives out diet, drug, training, etc... advice.

I agree with this. Palumbo went from one extreme to the other. Quite clearly he was mostly drugs and has fried his insides to the point that he feels he needs to be thin. Anyone who doesn't abuse the hell out of drugs should be able to retain a decent look with size. Zane for example.

I totally overlooked that part, yeah! But maybe it's just me, but I think many of these super bodybuilders as they age suffer from terrible age crisis when the realize they have no chance at keeping their form. Must be a huge self image collapse.
