Hi Guys,
I know its only a minor injury and i have trained monday (shoulders traps) and Tuesday (back, bi's) around it, but i broke my toe at da weekend (drunk), and im just wondering how long it is likel;y to be before i can train legs or do proper jogging? Really painful to walk on at the moment
