Obnoxious. But I do love me a good Leatherman. They even make one specifically for military M-16/4 rifles. All kinds of useful tools.

Looks wonky and not useful compared to even a small Swiss Army Knife or even the smallest of the Leatherman key chain tools. It also looks like they're pushing it as a air plane safe travel tool, but I bet when the TSA gets wind of it, they'll ban it too.
