Hey guys, I've decided to go dairy free for a bit to see what happens... but what can I do to replace the all the calories and protein I used to get from milk? Dairy was a big staple in my diet so without it I don't know what to do other than upping my meat and fish dose.

you will look much better pound for pound giving up dairy.

4 days in and I'm not really missing it too much, although it is hard to avoid things like cheese. To replace fats I've just been drinking olive oil. Ha!
