I'm not a hater but, dayum, with those arm's he shouldn't need to cheat curl 135. :-\
Full on rigor mortis in the arms?
-
It's all the oil in the arms, that's WHY you don't see the muscle twitch or move properly...
-

interstingly enough.....i've come to find that i feel the biceps working harder on the bottom half of a barbelll curl. the top half is largerly leverage as your humerus bone comes up and takes the tension off. you can fight it to some degree but it\s just the way your body is made

Critiquing someone doesn't make you a hater.
What a fucked up, PC world we live in. The MSM caused all this. The government and MSM are really same thing. The masses are brainwashed. Critical thinkers are becoming more rare these days.

Yup! His arm training advice isn't credible because he uses so much damn oil in 'em.

So, based on the video we can conclude that he was lifting fake plates on this one. :)

Those plates have been around in many of his videos, seems like he brings them with him to every gym he goes to. I recall him doing side delt raises with those 45's.

He would laugh Piano out of the gym.

Yup. Kinda explains the ROM that we often see big guys use... Going all the way down can injure you as well if going heavy.

And a tool... A piss poor destructive example for the misguided young bodybuilding culture... The poster boy for how to die young and get buried massive

That's exactly how it is...speaking for myself. i'm sure there are ego dudes, and sloppy trainers. for me it's years of tinkering, trying different shit. losing what doesn't work and keeping what does.

Like doing seated barbell half curls. You really feel it as you raise the weight. Even Ruhl had said this.
