if you eat nothing but rice and cheap chicken breasts and drink tap water than you are most likely spending significantly less than the average person on food

and if you just use some testosterone or other cheap basics, it's not expensive either

beyond that it's pretty much a waste of money

Yup, this.

Just because I didn't spend much money on it , doesn't mean I wasn't serious.
I competed in over 40 shows and judged more then that.

Word going around is you're looking to get back in shape and do another show this year.

but why are you such a broken record recycling the same threads over and over?

we get it, you were not a serious bodybuilder and dont regret it, next ......

It appears you understand what I thought only Doom could know.  Doom approves.

What you wrote is very helpful to newer bbers.  Too many young guys buy into the supplement industry BS.  Then they graduate to the watered down BS steroid culture.  After that they end up here, impotent and bitter.  In the end it's a giant waste.  If they had spent their efforts eating well and lifting intense, they would have achieved their goals within a few years.

Howard if I did it over again I would limit my drugs to about $250 a month which would give me 250Tcyp, 100Eq and 100Tren per week. Big bang for the buck. I would limit my supplements to one mega pack of vit/min per day. No supplemental protein creatine. etc. Diet would be 300gm protein per day from red meat, turkey/chicken, and fish. Loads of water. Low sugar and complex carbs. Drink black coffee for energy, maybe a Red Bull if needed. I would not compete out of state. Hammer the local/regional/state shows. I would have saved about $60,000  over the past 30 years. And, had the same Titles and peer recognition.  2nd place in both the AAU Mr. America and NPC Nationals did nothing but cost boo coo bucks. What a freakin joke...on me.

That $60K invested in the market with its ups and downs would be about $150,000 today.

Biggest waste of money  =  figure -bikini  competitors that pay $ 2000-3000 for a  posing swimsuit , $ 2000 for a personal trainer/ nutrition consultant ,$1000 on make up ,tan and hair , $1000 + on airline tickets ,hotel and food ....... and don't even place  .

Victoria's Secret ;D

More like 'Victor's' secret. Muscle potential helps you design a thong that accentuates all your attributes in whatever way you chose to do that. One might think this is a niche company which caters to a select few, but these posing suits are flooding the competition stage. So only in as much as bodybuilding is a niche sport are Muscle Potential posing suits unique. They are rapidly becoming the industry standard.

From what I understand, these posing suits are expensive. They are custom made to each bodybuilders specifications. Until bodybuilders can step on the competition dais naked, they will do whatever it takes to achieve an edge over the competition.

I know the guy who makes them. He wanted me to order a pair from him but I find the coverage on the back too scanty and from the front the material is so thin you can see the outline of your shlong. No wonder you like them primemuscle lol
