This trailer doesn't show the giant secret of the movie.  Worth the watch.

SPOILER for those who don't want to watch

Woman meets a dude, has sex, gets pregnant

Woman gives birth via C-section, doctors discover she is a hermaphrodite with fully functional guy parts and give her a sex change in order to save her life, and her baby gets kidnapped.

Girl (Now a guy) meets up with a bartender who takes the guy back in time to meet his female self, whom he impregnates. Making himself both father and mother to the child.

Bartender then kidnaps the baby, takes it back in time so she can grow up to go through all these events, and reveals that the bartender is in fact the main character, from the future. He then introduces the main character (himself, from his own past) into the time travel bureau to ensure this all continues in a weird series of predestination paradoxes that result in one person tricking themself into being their own mother/father/son/daughter at the same time.

Did you enjoy it Kwon? Quite mindbending.  I enjoyed it.

Bit different than the regular Hollywood-movie you get these days.

Ethan Hawke's character reverse engineers itself into...Wait for it...

An IBM.  No, not Inverse Bowel Movement (i.e, you poop  on yourself) nor does it stand for "I BM'd", i.e., I (had a) Bowel Movement or "Intercontinental Butt Monkey" to name but a few of the more poopular interpretations of these three (as in Holy Trinity type 3) sanctifiedetized letters. 

It stands for  "Ideal Black Man".
