The Ferrari 488 GTB replaces the 458 Italia and gets a new 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8, which produces 660bhp and 560lb ft. This car is beautiful!

The biggest change to this car was the engine and for some reason the mods removed my engine picture.

Ferrari encases this engine in glass for a reason!  Its a work of art!

    I have nothing against turbos but there's no replacement for displacement. An LS7 is a great engine too and probably lighter than the ferrari's 3.9 liter.

Different purposes , these engines are made to rev 8k rpm and such

An LS7 can easily rev to 8k with a cam swap. Ur right though, different purposes.

Euro carbon regs, etc.
They gotta make these pass. And making hp to up the ante over the Mclaren 650S/675LT, and still keep the weight down, they had to turbocharge a smaller displacement engine.
