the clips from that training video are all time freak factor crazy nuts!!! Just love it how he yells like a maniac. Imagine the ambiance in a gym like that??? I'm sure anybody would be like 33% stronger, right away.

Too bad it's so hot, I'd be dying. Plus Ronnie almost never drinks water! More proof how inhuman he is, lol...

I think that those RC vids were from MetroFlex. Pretty sure that there is no Lunk Alarm there.

For years i thought the Lunk alarm was some kind of joke and it wasn't real. It is real and it is still a joke  ::).

I worked out a few times at Ronnie's gym over the summer, it's hot as hell!! Haha! 100 + degrees

I prefer the destination dallas gym where a lot of the dallas pros and amatuers train and it's closer to my home

If you're talking about it getting 100 in the gym. Mine is similar. Usually around 92-95 during the summer months. Of course we keep the warehouse doors open and the fans on.

No AC in summertime is as logical as no heat in winter time!

I'm SoCal raised and the tx heat is really something, hot and humid , and fans are on and it's also a warehouse atmosphere

We don't have that either.

That's a Pulitzer Prize winning author if I've ever seen one. Definitely the first one out of this distinct group to wear camo cargo shorts and bench 315 for reps.

True. Admittedly I think we (HB) have the perfect climate for a warehouse-type gym. Texas is brutal with that humidity. I wanted to open a small place in the Palm Springs/Cathredral City area but the spring/summer months would cost as fortune with air.

Columbia University has contacted Brian and asked him to write a part 2 to his book. First one sold like hot cakes.
