Test and GH are a good combo for youth and appearence of the skin
It's when u combine all sorts of other stuff in high dosages

The guy in 3 weeks out from a bodybuilding show. The smaller he looks in a shirt the bigger he looks underneath. Your eyes would be shot too with no bodyfat on you, eating below maintenance so barely sleeping.

I wouldn't put tanning in either, as they all likely stay the same colour using mt2 only a sunbed every other week or so.

I disagree and agree partly ;D
Test makes your body look good, keeps your muscle well developed. this helps contribute to the "appearance" of youth. Steroids do protect again sarcopenia so they are anti-aging in that respect.
GH helps your skin which again helps contribute to the appearance of youth.
Both test and GH result in a vast increase in IGF-1. More IGF-1 causes faster cellular division. Faster cellular division = faster aging. More Test + GH = More IGF1 = more aging.
Aside from the IGF, many steroids cause damage via their delivery mechanism (orals) which affects your kidney, liver and cardiovascular health separately from the actual hormone istelf. This damage also contributes to aging.
Im not pro or against steroids or drug use. Just dont confuse cosmetic appearance of youth for actual youth, damage and accelarated aging is taking place at a cellular level.
