Sadly, the opposite is true, the more violence they perpetrate the more support Islam and it's followers generate. The West is controlled by left wing nonsense, Islam has exploited this and learned that terrorism works. Just look at how much sympathy Islam and Muslims receive after every terrorist attack. If terrorism didn't work, moderate Muslims would be up in arms, there is a reason moderates don't speak out against it, it actually helps them receive limitless support. The modus operandi is to turn every terrorist act into white guilt by focusing on the poor moderate Muslim who doesn't endorse Islamic extremism (but doesn't say anything against it either). So the focus is taken straight of the real victims of the terrorist act on some idiot Muslim woman in a hijab and how hard her lot in life is having to tolerate first world privileges. They then turn the spotlight on the evil West, saying look what you have caused with your International Intervention, and suggesting you can hardly blame terrorists for committing acts of terrorism. The current generation in power are ridiculously stupid, beyond stupid in fact.

Sadly the truth. If the Europoors weren't so good at demanding and looking the other way when bad things happened this could have been avoided.
A peaceful solution to the situation would have been possible in the 80ies. Now the west has been infiltrated/balkanized and will be further divided among scum.

After WWII Europe became nationalist-phobic. Europeans were afraid to the point of paranoia of something like Nazism arising again in Europe. A systematic effort was made to destroy the idea of nations, cultures and identity in Europe. The way to do this was by allowing the mass immigration of Middle Eastern peoples to dilute the European character. For some reason they thought it would be a good idea to replace nationalism with Islamofascim. They invited a group of people who have a tendency toward extreme fanaticism. The end results is a native people divided who are unable to define and defend themselves verses a population with clearly defined identity and goals.
