Title: 2015 Arnold Classic - Branch Warren 10 Days Out

Chest day today with Matt and Butch! We didn't make it to The Original Metroflex Gym - Arlington Texas due to icy road conditions! None-the-less we still managed to annihilate chest by doing drop sets!

Man, better make sure you dress warm. I bet it's super cold outside there, especially after sweating so much after training.

He just needs to retire. Broken down body. But the judges keep giving him gifts, so he keeps competing.

Branch never has good form he just throws the weights around. I'm surprised
he is not injured more than he is... time will catch up with him.
