Im suprised it was that high, did some HGTv shit couldnt have been worrrh much. Probabky was good at investing into some moderately safe funds. He was late 30s, which for that age is a damn good nest egg. Hell i know couples pullin in 200 a year and literally have NO savings. Thats the norm

He has assets of about $800K, which is possible as his websites were rumored to make around $30K a month.  He has a large fan base and great business projects. Very tragic.  The bank and courts will give control to his dad, who will take care of all final creditors and more.

reminds me of the model that walked into the airplane propeller when getting out.

we sometimes forget how badass machines can be.  A slight misjudging of distance and that's it.
