His conditioning was good for 5. Again, fractured sternum and broken ribs going in. Ever get hit in the chest with broken ribs? Makes it hard to breath.

He's retiring in two years. Probably going back to the UFC.

That's going to take longer than two years, and Kongo has never shown the consistency to even pull a few wins together.

He's retiring regardless. At least that's what he told me. He has other business interests

I just train him I don't advise him. But you have to look at his overall UFC record and overall record in general. It's not that bad of a record.
