Not an accurate statement at all.

These are gypsies, not European Bulgarians. Roma are a mongrel people, who originate from India and have bred with europeans here and there. Many of them still look like Indians, and the rest look like those in the pictures. They are not ethinically european or slavic.
Roma are in large numbers in most eastern european countries, but the non Roma local women look nothing like that, not in Czech, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia or most of the others. Albania is probably an exception as most of them like gypsies. Maybe Kosovo too.
