Title: VPX sold?
Post by: dknole on March 04, 2015, 07:51:22 AM
VPX has been up for sale. Recently NutriForce (now owned by Vitamin Shoppe) was in the bidding for VPX. They no longer are, anyone know who will be announced post ARNOLD as the new owners of VPX? Could it be Glanbia? Could it be NBTY? Could it be Ron? What have you heard? It is not John Romano buying VPx, lol.

Isn't "worthless, overpriced" a label that can be allied to 99% of supplements?

Short answer yes. Vitamins are different. Shit like "anabolic halo" and shit like that.  Garbage

You're very correct.  Vitamins do have value.  But 99% of "sports supplements" are junk and it should be illegal to rip the public off the way companies like VPX does.  I worked for sport supplement companies and eventually my conscience made me leave the whole industry.

Well, I am sure that the comp package for Getbig moderator more than made up for the sting of leaving...

Next announcement will be Glanbia buying Iovate (not Vince Goodrum confirmed though). Watch, within 45 days VPX sold and Iovate/Muscletech sold.

I think Vance Goodmen bought it for a cool million.  Renaming Collard Industries.

I wouldn't say worthless. Shotgun and SyntheSIZE are great products, especially for pre and post- workout.

Price wasn't an issue for me, as the last time I got either product, it was on clearance for $8.

Until Vince G confirms the sale of VPX, we can't believe it...
