It's AMAZING how poor people fight over parking spaces. Even people without a car where I live will freak out if you leave a garbage can where their "potential car" could be.

Maddening as fuck and yes, makes me wanna break that dudes leg, but meh, I will let him suffer in his bullshit, it's all he has...
