Title: Bodybuilding diet for the poor

My main source of protein is egg, two dozen per day.  Main carb is oatmeal, four cups per day.  Additional food includes grits, tuna, sardines, and lots of peanut butter.  Chicken breasts are kinda high, and beef is out of the question.  Personal training ain't exactly payin great right now.  Can I still get big on this?  Any body got any money saving tips.

Buy in bulk. I also always scan the store for sales & stock up whenever possible (which is why I've got 100+ cans of salmon).

Buy 1 chicken and 1 Rooster...let them do there thing...eat chickens ;D

Yes, always "Purchase" in bulk when you can, and look for the sale items
