Title: my real poundages that i can lift as of today

Felt like my body was enjoying the transition to spring
Yesterday was boozed outta my mind then had panick so then rused quickly to my cilantro n parsley shake then passed out n slept really good midday for 1.5 hours then woke up and jogged a few 100 yards in the woods

Ttoo much mac n cheese n beer brought on a short panik

Today no beer my lifts are
115 on standing  military press too chin
15 reps set 1

90 pound curls

90 pound stiff leg dead

At my peak ive done 90 pound dumbells for 3 or 4

do you have any strength goals? easier and more fun to be consistent if youre working towards some goals week by week

just more volume and reps and do more punching and kicking, running this all depends on how much cilantro kale and parsley i gett lets not fool ourselfs here like meatheads always thinking they can gain muscle because they deserve to

well get that stuff down on paper and monitor that shit weekly and maybe decide some monthly and quarterly goals!
