Felt like my body was enjoying the transition to spring
Yesterday was boozed outta my mind then had panick so then rused quickly to my cilantro n parsley shake then passed out n slept really good midday for 1.5 hours then woke up and jogged a few 100 yards in the woods
Ttoo much mac n cheese n beer brought on a short panik
Today no beer my lifts are
115 on standing military press too chin

At my peak ive done 90 pound dumbells for 3 or 4
