Title: For those of you who keep preaching " Adonis principals"

I don't think this diet would work for everyone.  First he looks like a classic ectomorph body type so he probably burns fat faster than most.  Second stop making it sound like the whole diet is junk food, there is still a good amount of protein and the crap food is in small portions.  It's just stupid to assume everyone would react the same to any diet, especially when your adding junk food.

I think the Adonis diet has been beat to death.  We need to focus more of our energy on the Falcon Principles.  Study them, learn them, so that you will no exactly what not to eat.   :D

what if u increased your protein for a few weeks and u grew more muscle? And u had doctors test u in a sports lab to see how much muscle U gained and then when u are told u gained muscle what would u say to us???

Oh I get a lot more sometimes.  Like when I cook fried chicken.  Nothing additional happens.  Years ago I went years straight getting over 250-350 grams of protein every day, dieting down with that amount even and nothing different happened.

So there you go.  50 grams or so is all I need.  Same thing happens if I had 300.  Hope this helps.

Exactly it has been beat to death, but every time someone talks about eating healthy food it gets brought up again, like well look at Adonis he doesn't eat that shit and he's not fat so

I bet that if you were on Steroids & GH, you would see a big difference between 50 grams and 300 grams.

i eat 57grams of protein per day i found it works slightly better than 50grams and as a result ive been able to pack on 2% more lean muscle mass on gastrocnemius.

No difference what my protein is, how I look is determined by my calories.
