Met and hung with Mr. Pearl. Fantastic gentleman. When he goes, the culture of muscle will be all the worse. He's a link to a time when bodybuilding wasn't the joke it's become.

Mr. Pearl has amazing thickness for his age, my next door neighbour is a 90 years old colonel, with same thick and very strong build, it is amazing to see an elder human can have such thickness on shoulders and back, not to mention vice-like grip, more power to them.

Bill is the kind of man I strive to be. As said, I was given the opportunity to get to know him a little, and let me tell you, he's a wonderfully warm and sensitive man, all the while being strong, stoic and with a huge amount of character.
He's oldschool, in a fantastic way.
I cannot say enough good about Bill Pearl.
Bless him.
