Well done.  OP obviously strokes his cock often.  Don't forget to use your off hand for symmetry.

pretty crazy he was able to act in feature films in that condition
Title: Re: forearms

Agree. Takes a lot of mental concentration, discipline and willpower to carry that low of bodyfat and still be able to act in feature films. And while sometimes as a director/producer during filming. Stallone was peeled in Rockys 3 and 4 and Rambos 2 and 3.

Post by: thegamechanger on March 14, 2015, 12:13:19 PM

yes we have stallone, who in the 70's got in that condition, wrote the film, starred in the film that ended up with three oscars...

and then we have all those underarchieving bitching and whining people that cant get into shape ONCE in their whole life but spend all their time complaining about dieting, body fat percentage, steroids etc etc

Rambo 3 I believe

That picture looks closer to 1984 or 1985.

My guess would be leading up to the filming of Rambo 2.

It's very challenging to play make-believe at single-digit BF%.

Not everybody has ample time on their hands to train six hours each day between films, along with a personal chef to prepare their meals plus personal assistants for other miscellaneous tasks.

It's impressive, but be honest: the guys doesn't live the life most of us have to endure.

Agree with you 100%. I often think what level I could elevate my build with those types of leisures.

Nice plunger in the picture. Is that the Acme 400 model? I once clogged a toilet so bad it was the only thing that worked to unclog it.  That 400 model is a legend that has stood the test of time. Never goes out of fashion too.  The rubber is american made thick unlike the crap being made with plungers coming out of China.  When I use a toilet in someone else's house and they don't have an Acme 400 I sweat bucket loads and say a prayer when I push that toilet handle down.  The 400 gives you peace of mind and a strut in your walk from the confidence it inspires. I had mine custom engraved in case of a burglary.  They are hard to come by and I know it would be a hot commodity in the black market. No offense to Hebrews but that's the common slang for illegal stolen trade saying it's sold in the black market. If it matters I wouldn't be offended if it was called the white market.

Yeah, it looks closest to the Rocky 2 time frame when he was with Columbu, He was in the #155- 160 range.

FWIW, I am told (by actual females) that the forearm is the truest sign of strength and an early indicator of what the rest of the package is going to look like. A pair of tanned, ripped, vascular forearms sticking out of a well-tailored shirt is the perfect look.

Is pale and doughy an acceptable substitute for tanned and vascular?

The cawk has to be fresh though. Brings out the flavor in everything else.

Well, if an individual needed direct training for forearms, it wouldn't be a waste. I'm like you though, just holding and picking up weights over and over for almost 20yrs of training does the trick just fine. The vascularity when I'm low bf can be downright disturbing Haha! The size of the veins too, not just how many. They're huge. Junkie's would get blown away at my forearm's. "Look at your veins man." Dirtbags LoL

I do forearm work. Why not? It's muscle. Train them right after my back workout. I use a white gym towel and do close and wide grip pull-ups. Greatly improves grip strength in addition to forearms.

I guess most of you have a handshake resembling a dead fish but to each his own.

I swear by it. I learned that method when training for amateur wrestling in high school and college. Grip strength was essential for gaining an advantage over your opponent.

I get a ton of positive comments about my lean vascular forearms, and they aren't really tan. Fuck getting tan, not good for the skin and as people age it really messes them up.

My handshake breaks bones like dorito's so........ Naw no clue about my handshake,  just know my forearms are big enough without training. No need for them to be any bigger. Maybe just be born with better genetics next time.  ;D
