Guys I'm taking a big step in my lifting career...
I'm going to start a cycle. It's a creatine monohydrate cycle. Will let you know about possible sides. Since it's monohydrate, expect the worst... Also will keep you up to date on positive effects ie. strength and size.

Bro you're preaching to the choir... Meal timing is essential for maximal anabolism, metabolism and hypertrophy.
I now have an alarm that goes off so that I eat every 90 minutes. Packing my meals on long trips such as to the movie theatre, picknicks mall etc. Also around the workout, BCAA's and creatine every 20 minute. Do not want to miss that anabolic window of opportunity

Yes, my shoes seem heavy and I feel that's enough of a leg workout for me. Squats are for people who don't walk at any point during the day or if they have really light shoes.
