Too much machine work - the crowded gym excuse is crap
Your form needs work -you are going too heavy
You need to improve your shoulder external rotation torque- it was evident during your incline presses
You need to work on keeping your neck in a more stable position

About 5'10-11 and I'll try to do light heavyweight at 198. I'm about 220 now.

Your form was odd on the pull downs
U have lateral lumbar shifting on the db rows it doesn't even look like you're getting a contraction
On the straight arm push downs it looks like u are substituting lumbar extension for lat contractions
Plz keep your shirt on in the future
If u must post another video plz include footage of u making and drinking your pre workout

I understand. Some people like to see it (I like to watch pro's that inspire me/physique that I like train) and editing/logging this is also, in a weird way, something to build. It kind of falls on the same mindset of creating something, which is what I think draws a lot of people to bodybuilding.

I enjoyed the partial pull downs and when it was said, "you can't go to heavy on these partials (DESPITE using the ENTIRE stack) because my triceps get too fatigued."
I've never experienced the triceps being over used in a pull down. I must be doing it wrong.
Anxiously awaiting the next video series.....

999 out of every 1000 training videos on YouTube are just boring as hell and almost unwatchable. Find a niche. Give us something that makes us smile or makes us want to see the next video.

It's a sad state of affairs when you look at the current climate when considering the modern bodybuilder. I ask myself where have all the personalities gone?
Today's gladiators lack the charisma of Levorne and Cutler, the honor and integrity of Wheeler and Martinez, the passion for training of Milos and Dillet, the creativity of Priest, and so forth.
There was a time when saying you were a bodybuilder (or power lifter) meant you were willing to die to achieve your goals. Sadly those men are of a generation from long ago, warriors not fit for this earth.
Today's bodybuilder would rather talk your ear off about squat depth and counting your macros.
We could have helped this kid.

I've heard that before, but I'm not looking to make this the next nationally televised TV series. I'm not going to devise a gimmick. As I keep doing the videos and come up with new ideas, my personality and humor will probably come out. But I feel it's unauthentic to sit around and brainstorm ideas to spark my persona to go viral. If that was the case, I'd go pose in the middle of a walmart or something in a speedo

Your hack squats were god awful - you're weak as fuck on them- you have horrendous ankle mobility, your hips are very weak and tight as seen by your feet externally rotating and you were loading your knees very dangerously
So what this means is that if u keep doing what you're doing you're gonna destroy your knees and probably tear your hamstrings

everyone is different but be aware of your posture and how much u sit
What works great for me is foam rolling or a peanut lax ball on back
Softball soft tissue rolling on glutes and hips
Rolling golf ball under my foot
Check out Kelly starrett on YouTube he does great stuff with bands and mobility
