I've read all his books and learned alot of what I know about dieting and nutrition for bodybuilding through him. I don't know his experience with drugs and final week prep but I've seen him get guys into shape.

two of my favourite physiques. also was with Jay back in the day, think it was 2001 when he was robbed of 1st at the mr o.
never knew why Jay left to work with Hany? looked his best with Aceto.
