Some people have certain facial features that make them look like certain animals (humans are animals too). I know people that look like goats, lions, monkeys, horses, camels etc. They still for the most part act like sheep but they do have facial features that resemble animals.
If one has even the basic understand of evolution this would not be surprising at all thus they would not make fun of someone based on their looks. The same holds true that if you see a bird with a super long beak you would understand that it is still a bird but because of evolution coupled with natural selection the bird has a certain style beak.
The issue with the first lady should be why as someone that knows full well the history of the persecution black people suffered, why is she ok with her husbands march towards the destruction of jews?
