I honestly don’t know what’s going through Louie’s head but it seems to me that this is not only personal but he’s attempting to make money off of some other enterprise. When Lou got that domain name, he used it to promote some Powerblocks equipment. The fact is that Andy Ferrigno’s success is his own as he’s operated his business for well over 20 years. Lou is not only alienating his family but also his fans. Arnold Schwartznegger always said to make sure you leave behind a positive legacy. Unfortunately Lou Ferrigno is leaving behind a trail of ridicule as he seems to be focused on making money at all cost…even if it means screwing over his own family. I’ve given Lou a pass over the years but no more. Lou Ferrigno is someone I’m going to now refer to as “The Incredible Asshole”. Its time for everyone to know that his shit is not welcome and will not be tolerated by the bodybuilding community as his bullshit is finally catching up with him

The breakfast where Louie tells Arnold he's going to retire after the contest might be the best scene in the whole movie. Lou literally lived in Arnolds shadow. It seems he failed to ever see the big picture.
He was the young heir to the crown, He would have won an Olympia, yet he thought he had to keep pace with Arnold, even if he didn't have a clue to what Arnold was doing.
Despite his lack of charisma, charm and apparently common sense he did well for himself but it seems it could have been much better.

Plenty of older people have existed on this forum without issues, Vince. Whilst your age is a focal point of the campaign against you, what is more telling is that you have a personality which is clearly exploitable to get a rise out of. Generally this begins when someone is discovered taking themselves too seriously. That type of person gets fucked up on the internet.
To give you an example, my father's first foray to internet chat yielded him attempting to organise a fight with a stranger 10,000km away :-)
Not saying it's right - just saying it like it is - you're exploitable and like very many who have come and fallen, here - you constantly fail to understand how to deal with that type of situation.
Very few who are exploitable really have much control over how other people react to them - they tend to have this unrepentant style about them and a general inability to modify their character to defuse trolls.

So he has to retaliate with someone so since I am a known person he picks me. Even accuses me of racism and
attacking his husband. Nope, I didn't participate in that stuff because I keep families, partners and such off limits
and expect the same for me. He knows it is wrong but he wants to embarrass me. He has no assets so what can anyone do? I was suspended
for three days for no good reason since Goodrum is the one who stepped over the line and he admitted it on his

Long story. Goodrum used to have an insider connection with pro bodybuilders. He claims he is related to a pro but refuses to disclose who that is. Some here have guessed Shawn Ray. Of course, Shawn would deny it, I guess.
People wondered who this know it all was so he eventually posted a photo posing beside a pool. From that day Goodrum was called delusional. When he finally entered a contest he lost a lot of size and placed last. Over the
years he has had all these businesses that he was going to open. Gyms, clinic, studio, etc., but never followed through. He would find a place with cheap rent then post about it to show how clever he was to spot a bargain.
The place had spider webs and smelled bad. Naturally he never opened any gym partly because Sylva is a small place and I guess he didn't have the capital to do that. Many years ago Keith Jones (Only me) discovered
that Melvin was gay. Goodrum kept posting and wasn't embarrassed at all. Keith and I called Vince G CSN MFT out over and over. One day Goodrum posted that he obtained a PhD degree! He bought it on line. Said he
was working on another. Clearly the dude bullshits all day long and Keith and I kept exposing his bullshitting and lying.
Keith eventually died of the side effects of a spider bite and obesity. So I was left to sort Goodrum out. He retaliated by posting lies about me. I posted stuff that Goodrum posted on line but he always made up stuff.
He Googled my name and said I was a plumber in New Zealand. Primary school kids can do better than that. He said I had to leave Canada because I was in trouble with the law. This is false and defamatory.
Melvin posted that he was the wife in the relationship. Lots of people bagged his partner but I never participated in that because partners and families are out of bounds here unless they also post here.
That relationship ended some time ago and Melvin posted that he had to buy furniture and eventually had a flat screen TV. I made a few comments so he gave me the works. Finally he created a site in my
name that opened up at a man-boy love site. How Melvin found that site is one of those things that makes you wonder. He justifies doing so because he claims I was racist towards him and kept bagging his
ex partner. Nope, I don't make racist remarks here or anywhere else. I don't think he can justify what he did so we now know what a pathetic individual he is. Who here would want to have that done to them?

In the past, when the issue was competing and the pictures and whatnot, Vince was one of the many criticising Melvin. He built himself a zero tolerance policy from Melvin, back then.
Nowadays, there a lot of people who needle Goodrum. We all know this. Most of the time regarding his sexuality.
One name that is often there when this shit is happening is a fellow who has his real name up here.. Basile. He never really says anything bad, per se, but he gets involved and tends to get himself implicated in Melvin's way of thinking. In my opinion VB might not directly post it, but he's there, getting involved and I think he enjoys other people being dicks but is always careful to not be caught being the one who posted it.
Always, when Melvin looks for a target, he sees the human garden gnome, Vince Basile, dithering away in the middle of other people being far far meaner than Vince has ever been.
Anonymous people that cannot be taken to task and Vince has never really figured out that this makes him the target of Melvin's wider discontent with people being dicks to him.
There's other stuff, of course - but primarily, Vince is the omnipresent face in the crowd for Melvin. The target.

Unlike you guys, everyone knows my real name and knows where to contact me at my office so I was expecting Lou's people to call which they did the following day which I forwarded over to my attorney. Right now its way too violent of an environment to go into full details but I can say that Lou Ferrigno put his brother out of business as he's now filing for bankruptcy and is closing down BinShape.com and his equipment store. Basically, Lou has taken away his only source of income for literally no real reason whatsoever. I would never sue my brother or my family so it just surprises me as to how he can just do something like this is nuts.
As far as using an attorney is concerned, when you run a business you need a service period because the U.S is a very litigious society. RX Muscle, Anabolic Society, and many other have found out the hard way as to what happens when you don't have access to them
