I remember when that Dante Doggcrapp shit was all the rage and his stretching protocol
I noticed ive neglected stretching and feel tight all over. Not been making killer gains either. Is flexibility and stretching the answer?

strectching/mobility drills become important at one point. Kinda boring to do but it's that, or suffer.

I don't think it aids in growth but it prevents injuries. So many guys that lift have really tight shoulders that are injury prone because of it. Some big benchers are so tight they can barely use their arms athletically. When you have a very tight limited range of motion you are subject to tears once that range of motion is exceeded.
