Here are some DVD pics of Phil Heath at the prejudging of the 2009 Mr. Olympia. Phil and his team said he was sick, but entered the contest anyway. He did look a lot better at the finals though. Phil ended up placing 5th at this contest behind Kai who placed 4th (http://www.legendsofbodybuilding.com/2012/08/kai-greene-2009-mr.html) .

He looked really good at the 2010 AC and I actually think his 2013 Mr. Olympia look was very good.

I don't think his arms are bad in the FDB. They look pretty balanced and separated.
