Ronnie in his prime , but Ramy has been bodybuilding/training a considerably less time than Ronnie. Ramy could possibly be stronger if he wanted to train that way. Ramy's reps are smoother with less cheating than Ronnie. Ramy seems to get pumped up very quickly with not that many reps. Probably from the gear he is on.

Ronnie overall was one of the strongest bbers, was not even training powerlifting or strength specific exercises but bbing

Dont you realise this is the big bad tough world of bodybuilding, and no video is complete with out some heavy metal and various lens filters to promote that image (to the 16 year old kids watching)

Was just "toying" (read: struggling) with the 120's and felt like Ramy. Minus over 100 pounds of muscle, of course.

Not really, its a 60 pound increase.
At my heaviest, I was pushing up 100 pound dumbbells on the flat press for a few reps. Id start off with the 30-40 pounders for warm up sets. Thats about 60-70 pound increase over 4-5 sets. Id get to the 100s for like 3-4 reps on my own.
It just seems crazy because he is toying with the 130's.

not small at all, it's 60lbs per side! I do many low rep warm up sets and the last set is very close to my actual first work set. Takes forever, hate doing it, but have no choice.
