I warned him a couple of years ago on here to stop with all the fillers and botox.

Yeah, that looks unnatural. Sometimes, parts of your face have to wrinkle a bit to smile or laugh.

The guy goes over board with his body as far as fillers. He can't do botox or fillers and keep it on the natural side. His lips looked fine before he put fillers into them.

Just an extreme version of age avoidance.

All you young guys that say "when I am 50, I am just gonna go quietly and not worry about 'size' or being in great shape" are delusional. Once you get to this age, you'll realize that you still have a lot of living to do and there's no fucking way that you want to be just another shlub in the middle of the normal distribution. It's even worse if you've always been ahead of the pack. It's not an illness to want to be the best version of yourself (in mind and body) that you can be. Rich is just an extreme form of that. He's probably 100% aware of the risks and has made something of an internal risk/reward analysis.

On another forum people were like why is Piana doing videos with that loser Bostin?
As if Piana is a normal dude, he's a complete psycho, at this stage he's worse than Bostin by far.

I can understand age avoidance, wanting to be the best you can be, and even the attention whoring, but I cannot understand the fake muscles, extreme tats, botox and self mutilation.  There is a very fine line between taking things to the extreme and mental illness, and IMO Rich has crossed it.

Botox and lip fillers. Lot of my gf's do that, very easy to spot. Haven't seen many guys doing that though

It also looks to me like he had a chin implant. Someone awhile back told me he had his eyes done and hair transplants so the list is getting longer.

Which is why... Going further than 20lbs past your genetic set point is good enough with drugs. It will all be lost. 20lbs is just over an inch, will be noticeable, but can still look good.

Guys who gain too much size look like shit when the party ends...

If your concerned about size at 50 years old you've got some mental issues IMO.
