In my many years around contests, NOBODY competes for themselves only.
If you were really doing your own thing you wouldn't pay the entry fee and get on stage.

I agree. I would be embarrassed to say I did her prep..or maybe her coach doesn't know what he/she is doing..that or she cheats on her diet in which case I would refuse to coach her anyway

Another great example of why I think most prep coach's are a waste of $$ at this level.
Diet, cardio , get another gym rat to be honest with ya when pre contest posing ... repeat
