"Athlete"? Does he play a sport as well?

"Athlete"? Does he play a sport as well?

Yes!

He is a warrior preparing for battle at the nypro!
He will crush his competitors.
His thong will glitter in triumph.
All his devotion will be rewarded and more when his trophy is presented and his 5000 cheque is given.

It's a payday mere mortals can only dream of.

And people wondered why he divorced to pursue his dream? Are they joking.
He has a chance at immortality; NY Pro champion!!

People will be talking about Guys performance at the Courtyard Marriott for hours after the show!

If that's your definition an an athlete, then educate us by telling the right category for a runner, cyclist or a swimmer..

BBers don't pay taxes

That is a benefit of having a hilariously small income.

All three are athletes and those are all sports. Bodybuilders are not athletes and bodybuilding is not a "sport". However he's a very good bodybuilder.

So first you use the term 'play a sport' and now this  ::)
The thing is that you don't think before you write something, lifting weights & marketing excluded, I give you props for those fields.

Exactly, bodybuilding is "weight training" (and massively juicing) and the stage event is a pageant... (Not a sporting event).

Despite it's problems, I enjoy  bodybuilding and being a pro contest fan.
Call it whatever you want. I'll still workout and enjoy watching contests.
