Helen, as a female in the acting game, do you have a complicated relationship with food?
Not just females — men as well! All actors are on a permanent diet, you have to be. Sometimes I think it’s worse for men, they have to spend hours at a gym as well, pumping iron and beefing up to look gorgeous. They take all sorts to hold on to their hair and good looks as well. I wouldn't want to be a man. Its easier for us ladies... we just need to eat less and eat a little and do a little stretching or 30 minutes a day on a treadmill to maintain our slim figures. We aren't in a gym lifting heavy things 3 hours a day, 7 days a week for 15 weeks prior to shooting your first scene.
And the men do, of course, look incredible. People would be really surprised at how incredibly self-disciplined film actors are; it’s a side of our work that is kind of hidden. I’m not, incidentally! I’m not one of them, unfortunately (laughs).

But an ugly man who develops himself will be called manly and considered attractive. Maybe not a 10 but attractive enough.
An ugly woman, however, is ugly no matter what. Her only options are surgery, makeup, and Islam.

Do you honestly feel threatened by women this much? I think you women haters are really gay to be honest. No wonder why women don't like you.

Her view is skewed. Most actors are gay and it's well known gay men pay a much higher importance on looking good then straight men.

Depends, if you want to stay single and slay then there are certain unwritten rules, getting cucked up early to a woman who sees you have money then different rules apply.

While women still have to train and eat healthy to stay in shape, men have to lift heavy weights and eat like beasts to get big! Shit, a woman can go to the park and play a few sports and have a stunning physique. If a man does that, he will have some muscle, but won't be big or anything.

Don't be fat, and have one good feature, a woman can have all bad features, but give her one of these :nice rack/nice ass/nice legs/nice eyes/blow job lips etc then she will have no trouble getting a guy.Men basically have to have all bases covered.

More and more women are loaded with money with the multi millionaire / billionaire range. Like men they are more and more looking for nice arm candy. However, just like the hot girl must look away many times on the age and the looks of the rich man, the good looking guy will have to do the same when it comes to these rich women.
