You can actually bet on the WWE (pay per view events) in the UK, but not bodybuilding though. Tells you all you need to know about the "sport" of bodybuilding

What if you know an insider in wwe who gives you the results ahead of time. Could you make a fortune?

No. You are limited to the amount you can bet and if you you have a a few big winners the bookmaker will usually stop taking your bets or just close your account.
