I used to cheat at taxes like the devil in a whorehouse.

And i do love to bitch about taxes and all...

but this week I went to HR block and spent 2 hours with the guy doing my taxes. Cost $150 for everything, and I was able to actually get a lot more back by declaring more income and deducting more costs. Working from home, much of what I do for web design is deductable. Even time spent here at GetBig :) I don't know what next year will look like, but 2005 was a good year.

And yes, australians use kangaroo droppings for currency, so 250k means Lee Priest just has a very big yard.

I figure with my amount of enemies I'd better be legit with taxes. Matter of time til someone sends me an audit. It was a pleasant surprise to see the govt is actually pretty good to small businesses.

For the new site I'm making, we're hiring out models for photoshoots. For amatures/nobodies it's between $150-$250 an hour! $150 for fully clothed, $200-$250 for neeked (just rated "R" photos, no "X" crap). People w/ names are $800+, an hour.
