With the amount of calories available in the average diet and the fact working out for young men is common place these days. I'd say these don't seem out of the norm

1864 Head Circumference: 57 cm

2014 Head Circumference: 87 cm with Navy Mike

Haha the way they do bf in the navy is neck minus waist and that that number and Input it in some chart they made. If your over 21 you fail. 3 failures and your out.. Sucks I've seen guys not even close to 21% get the boot because they have a small neck and huge fatass pass because they have a 20" neck
