It's definitley NOT implants. Just look at the pics of his arms and how mis-shapen and unproportional they are. Look at other pics of the synthol freaks and it becomes very evident it's not implants.

mmm..my comment was in reference to the fact that he DENIES that he used synthol, and his biceps are huge because he has "extreme bicep genetics", lol
