But, my point was/is, that he doesn't have a lot of PERSONAL credit, assets or financial security/independence in my opinion.
I'm not cracking on Bostin here. Except for my yrs in the USMC, I didn't have a lot of "assets" or financial security at his age.

I would be very surprised if Bostin's making much more than $5,000 per month. That's $60,000 per year and that's excellent for a 23 year old bodybuilder.
He claims 700 paid forum members. That's most likely an exaggeration, like everything else he says. His "sponsors" give him product, no cash. He probably makes a couple hundred bucks per week selling his hats, t-shirts and crap.

They're cute, but I don't think they make good pets plus it is not legal to keep Koalas even in Australia. They mainly eat eucalyptus leaves. You'll need to to have eucalyptus trees in your yard.

The male ones want to be boss in the home. A friend told me about a documentary about a guy in the USA who had a Roo since it was a baby. It was beating him up really bad. I have only ever handled female Roo's and they have been placid even with joeys in their pouches. I was never seen as a threat.

Some people just don't really care that much about furniture and stuff like that. I was making more than 40k per month and still I bought rather
cheap furniture (and if my gf didn't insist I would not have bought any at all probably) because I don't care about it that much. I was living in
a cheap 3 bedroom appartment, the same that I was staying in when I was earning minimum wage. After staying in a few ~700$/night suites
when on holiday I quickly decided that this was not the right place for me and was going back to 20$/night hostels and cheap hotels.
I did however spend a lot on things that I like.

I agree. However spending $3,000 for a comfortable nice pad in Tampa, Florida isn't exactly flaunting your drug sales proceeds.
Spending $1,200 per month indicates you simply don't have anymore to spend, which is fine, but NOBODY that earns over $10,000 (which is way more than he makes) a month lives in a studio apt with a 100 sq ft kitchen.

No. I was talking about after taxes and with "more than 40k" I meant a whole lot more than 40k per month.
However it was only for a brief period of time (9 months pretty much before the "Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsauf sicht" put an end to my business) - if it makes you happy
I am only making around 1.900 Euro per month as of now and I'm working ridiculous amounts of overtime.

I'm friends with Jon too and thats not what he intimated to me. I don't know for sure what he makes monthly but I do know he's not blowing it. He moved to Orlando to see what it was like so he rented a cheap apartment.

When i was single this was my scenario so it's believable
Downtown real estate (Chicago) is expensive and 10k per month (gross) doesn't go too far with a car payment, parking and a 300k studio apt/ condo with assessments

If u are not self employed and even if that very hard to attain close to 500K a yr, u are in the 1 percent bracket easily
Cardiologist, radiologist, plastic surgeons, neurologists, etc... The ones on top of my head where u are still an employer per say, but even if that with doctors income differs between states, some higher, some lower and those I listed u can still not be close to 500k. I would say 350-400 average
