Today I woke up in a bad mood, took all my frustration out on Shizzo , I apologize ,
Shizzo's vast wealth of competitive experience in combining his striking and ground skills make him a dangerous competitor in MMA, and a very knowledgeable mod.

Not at all, I never had any expectations of the MMA forum taking off. Its a dead board, just like 98% of the rest of the subforums.
Besides, its not up to the mods to create the content anyway. Anything I post up is extra.
I plan on doing what most mods on the subforums do...................... .next to nothing ;D

I dont have any demons. The longer you go without drinking the easier it becomes.
I have also said before, that I have not ruled out drinking again (obviously in moderation) sometime in the future.
Its about breaking old fashioned misconceptions.

Here's a trick you could try to show off that "V taper" hiding beneath your tee shirt, have someone Clothespin the shirt in the back so it's pulled tight across your six pack. They do this all the time on clothes models doing fashion shoots.
