There is a window of time, between the young girls age of 2-6, during which possible future sexual attraction is nullified. That's a good thing evolutionary, to protect inbreeding.

That is why I (and all not-perverted fathers) can experience sexual feelings for their daughters female friends (by that I mean seeing they are hot, not doing anything of course), but not for the daughters themselves. It just does not happen in a sound and healthy family relationship.

I read something about that. There was a story somewhat recently where a father and daughter (woman at this point) met after being separated through her childhood. They started fucking on a regular basis. Since they were not together through her youth they didn't develop that whole, don't fuck, evolutionary thing.
