Title: Barry Bonds "Obstruction" Conviction Overturned

Bout time.  Pretty silly that it went this far.  He never came close to lying on the stand and his testimony was leaked in violation of the law

What about Clemens? I think that he told, clear-cut, lie after lie while under oath.

It cost the government $55 million to investigate Bonds.  All that money wasted for fuck all.  Even if they did find him guilty it's still not worth .00001% of that cost.

Its not just the money...just the fact that the government purposely leaked information and made false accusation.  Its an example of the ugliest side of justice where the prosecution will get anyone at any cost
