1) Obama gives no fcks anymore

2) Obama is signaling he is ABSOLUTELY making cap and trade/climate change legislation his main project in the coming year, probably via executive action.  All of the "repubs" that were opposed to impeaching his ass for Fast & Furious, well...

Cap/trade is absolutely on the way.
