Their tendons are probably used to abuse and can handle it being that they both where dominating armwrestling champs
but sure it could happen to anyone but I think they know their bodys and arms well

he's not armwrestler. tendons not strong.
also you shouldnt lift heavy with your arm extended like that. Bicep is not made for Heavy loads in that angle.
you have to be tight. Like the armwrestlers. and not extend the arm too much. Notice he tore it in the bottom portion ofc.
it's like doing super Heavy flyes, with full rom. a pec will tear

Exactly. If youre going to lift heavy on preacher curls, do not extend elbows all the way down. if youre going to go heavy, better to use machine preacher curls.

Yes, but most trainers cannot do super heavy flyes with a full range of motion... I've noticed most cannot even do moderate weights with full ROM. Heavy benching probably has the most damage potential out of any gym exercise.
