Hey guys,
I'm looking to increase my protein intake in order to bulk up. I have a couple of questions:
1) How do you manage to consume lots of protein on a daily basis? Isn't TOO much red / lean meat unhealthy for you?
2) What do you generally use to cook your meat? Stove? Grill? Do you ever worry that high amounts of stove/grill usage is unsafe and could be cancerous? (Serious question)
3) What kinds of meat do you eat?
4) Do you have any health cautions you can provide when consuming lots of protein? Best safe practices for cooking meat? Etc.
Ultimately, I'm looking to consume as much protein as possible without damaging myself in the long-term.

Let me clarify.
tl;dr-
I've been looking into buying a George Foreman grill and buying tons of meat to consume on a daily basis. However, I'm worried about the safety of a foreman grill (read up on Teflon & non-stick coating) as well as consuming substantial amounts of meat in general (cancer, etc etc). Can anybody shed some insight into this concern?

Grass fed beef over any type of red meat. If you are concerned, only buy grass fed beef. I eat one pound a day... You don't need more...
Eggs, peanut butter, cottage cheese, nuts, beans, fish, whey protein, etc....

I like omega eggs
Chicken breast or thighs
Ground lean turkey
Species isolyze or Beverly proteins
Greek yogurt
I think u need more protein than a sedentary person but u don't need massive amounts

Was wondering on anyones thought as off how many grams of protein one should try to reach when wanting to grow.
1 or 2 grams per pound of body weight?
